Tools We Use For Inspection Services

Thermal Imaging Camera

We use a Thermal Imaging Camera as needed with our inspection services, but we also offer it as a stand-alone service. The camera allows us to see heat signatures, which we wouldn’t be able to see with the naked eye, and picks up areas of moisture or heat loss. This helps us find numerous issues, like an overheating electrical panel and hidden moisture intrusion.

Moisture Meter for Mold Inspection

With a Moisture Meter, we can measure the levels of moisture in all different areas of the home. High levels of moisture indicate an intrusion issue and help us find areas where mold is growing, is likely to grow, or cause damage to structural materials. Mold can be dangerous to the respiratory health and you and your family, so it is important to find it and remedy it as quickly as possible

Gas and CO Detector

Gas leaks in the home are extremely dangerous. With a Gas Detector, we can figure out if there is a gas leak in the home and pinpoint the source so that remediation of the issue can begin.
